About Us

SunUp is a global merchandise and brand production partner specializing in custom merchandise and apparel. We started in 2018 and were built a little differently from most suppliers. From the beginning, the goal was simple. Run a high performing merchandise business and use that success to create real social impact alongside it.


We’re a one hundred percent Indigenous owned company and we commit ten percent of our net profit to social impact in every market where we operate. That’s not a marketing program and it’s not a charity model. It’s funded by performance. In the US, that impact is focused on Native American communities, supporting business creation, employment pathways, kids sport and wellbeing programs. When we do well for our clients, the impact grows with us.


We work with hundreds of large global brands across sport, retail, FMCG and financial services. These include Disney, Coca Cola, Microsoft, Nestlé, FIFA, the International Tennis Federation and the International Olympic Committee. We win that work because clients don’t have to trade anything off to achieve social outcomes. We compete on price, quality, delivery and compliance just like any top tier supplier.


From an operations point of view, we manage programs end to end. Design, sourcing, quality control, warehousing and fulfillment. We operate to ISO standards, are a Sedex member, and work only with audited factories. Our supply chain is approved for Disney and Coca Cola programs, so compliance and ethics are built in from the start.


SunUp US has been built specifically for the American market. We work with US based manufacturers and wholesalers and can deliver Made in USA product when required, with additional sourcing across the Americas where that makes sense for speed or cost. This gives clients flexibility around ESG, supplier diversity and supply chain resilience.


We also differentiate through custom design. We build unique products that cut through, are genuinely wanted, reused, and kept, which means the brand stays visible for a long time rather than ending up in the bin or left on the conference table.


From a commercial perspective, we guarantee to beat incumbent pricing while maintaining and often improving product quality, which is why clients are comfortable moving work across to us.

SunUp US is built on community and culture. Through the Sunup Social Impact Fund we direct ten percent of our profits into community programs that support young people regional initiatives and cultural projects. This fund is a core part of who we are and reflects our belief that business should create genuine positive impact.
